Our Philosophy

Our Why

Physical therapy is more than just exercises.  We believe in a hands-on comprehensive approach to include manual therapy, modalities, therapist guided exercises, and a custom plan of care that addresses both musculoskeletal and neuromuscular aspects of physical activities to improve your overall performance in life.   Our goal is to understand your specific needs and tailor your experience to meet your goals in life.

Our Approach

At Perform for Life Physical Therapy, we provide a unique approach to your therapy.  We understand that a pain in one part of the body can cause dysfunction in other areas of the body.  That is why we begin our evaluations with a detailed interview of the history of the injury followed by an assessment of the whole body to determine all of the components at play and how they contribute to your overall function

Getting You Back on Track

Our number one goal is to get you back to your daily activities.   We treat a wide variety of conditions, injuries, and age groups while utilizing many different physical therapy techniques and interventions to maximize our patients’ overall recovery experience.  Whether it be playing on the field or on the floor with your grandkids, performing on the stage or performing in life, we teach our patients how to perform better, in order to live better.
